"Twitter Analytics Review"
4/5
What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

Twitter analytics is easy to understand which tweets are performing the best, who's regularly engaging with them, and who is following your account. The timeline view is really great to get a quick look at your analytics, and I love how the stats are broken down by the preceding months below that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

Twitter analytics doesn't always give a full picture when it comes to the analytics on its platform compared to others like Facebook and Instagram. It would be more helpful to have a more complete picture of user demographics as well as top content outside of just tweets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

Twitter Analytics no longer provides more in-depth insights into our audiences, such as demographic profiles, device usage by day or time, or purchasing behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Twitter Analytics provides a simple and effective performance overview at a glance."
4/5
What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

Twitter Analytics has a very user-friendly, streamlined interface. The month-by-month comparisons are a helpful tool, and it's great to see what kinds tweets resonate best with your audience based on impressions and engagement. The "top mention" feature is incredibly valuable because you can view the impressions on a tweet from another account that mentioned you. I also like that you can customize reports under the tweet activity dashboard for a desired date range and analyze by type of tweet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

Overall, there isn't really anything to dislike in regards to Twitter Analytics. It would be nice to have the ability to view insights on the best performing times of day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

First, that it's free. It's helpful to have analytics baked right in to Twitter, which makes them easily accessible. The quick dashboard gives a snapshot of details 'at a glance' that you can delve further into. Looking into the data not only shows you what was working, but it gives you more insights to be successful on your next campaign. Twitter data provides the information collected by either the user, the access point, what’s in the post and how users view or use your post. While this might sound somewhat vague, it’s largely due to the massive amount of data that can be collected from a single Tweet.

With this information, you can know demographics, total clicks on your profile or how many people saw your Tweet. Yes, this is just the tip of the iceberg, but understanding the data allows you to know how it’s used and the patterns of your content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

The analytics are not as robust as I would prefer. Though it's a great overview, what's missing is the drilling down into the details to get a true, helpful analysis of content. Surface-level, you're covered. But not so informative if you're looking for specifics to help drive your content creation efforts. I don't like that I can't change the date range; the default is a 28-day cycle, but it would be helpful to be able to look at different ranges (I.e. 90 day-cycle). A big downfall for me is that Twitter Analytics will not allow you to perform a competitive analysis, and you cannot get data for someone else’s profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for checking organic results"
5/5
What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

I like that I can check what tweet performs best and get all of the metrics monthly. I pull reports by month and am glad I can go back and collect historic data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

I would always take more data. Like who is the audience that interacts with the tweets the most. I understand there are implications to doing that, so I am glad about the data that's available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fairly Easy to Navigate, Very Insightful"

What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

It's extremely helpful to see your analytics for your tweets, etc. Even on a personal level, it's neat to see your reach and audiences. I like that it's all accessible on the Twitter site and not a separate website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

It can be a little confusing to look at, but once you get the hang of it it's really not hard to navigate or read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Was not Helpful"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Twitter Analytics?

I personally did not like Twitter Analytics. It's highly likely due to the fact that the platform was not the best for showcasing art. I found it hard to generate an engaging audience when they had to link to other platforms to see the art. Therefore, the analytics provided were not useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twitter Analytics?

I understand Twitter's platform is not designed for image optimization, however there is a huge segment of the market who use Twitter. If the platform were to be revised to include an image section only, perhaps the analytics would be more beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not as much visibility on kpi's as I'd like, but now that FB has ditched their analytics, this is at least something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
