## Twitch Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to use and friendly environment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

  ### 2. Innovative live-streaming space

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krish S. | education helper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

Twitch is an innovative live-streaming space that allows users to come up with innovative ideas that can be implemented into either my personal stream or my organization. Kick, Rumble, and Youtube have never worked for me as well as Twitch has. I believe Twitch owned by Amazon is the fairest to its workers. Also, Kick has ties with gambling Casino Stake which makes me question the credibility of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

I dislike the strict community guidelines implemented by Twitch that cause users to not feel comfortable acting how they think. Also, the ban system is not consistent and does not follow a consistent guideline so many streamers over-think every little thing because they are scared about being banned rather than enjoying the stream.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitch is giving the Generation Z business club a staff badge so we can appear more authentic. Also, in order to maximize productivity, I want to have a personal project which would be my own Twitch stream where I will cover political coverage, video games, and react-to videos. Within my own Twitch stream, because of my knowledge of the entrepreneurial realm with a unique leftist perspective, if given a staff badge, I would be able to get more attention in other chats and thus pull people in towards the business.

  ### 3. It is user friendly to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** saurabh j. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

Twitch offers several robust features that make it one of the best live-streaming platforms. We compiled a list highlighting some of the most notable features. Viewership engagement: Viewers can interact with any streamer, provided the permissions are set, any time they are streaming through live chat

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

Despite its strong position in the world of online video gaming, Twitch faces some weaknesses. User interface issues, such as poor search functionality and discoverability, limit the platform's ability to cater to a more general audience outside of its loyal gaming community.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitch is a popular service, and there’s a good reason Amazon paid nearly $1 billion for it. But as a streamer and viewer, I’ve come to realize it’s not perfect; there are lots of problems, actually.

It’s not an exaggeration to say Twitch is largely responsible for popularizing (and democratizing) the live streaming of games. It wasn’t long ago that spitting live video onto the Internet was the domain of production studios with millions of dollars in equipment. Now, it all happens with the click of a button, whether you’re sitting at a PC or PlayStation 4. It’s incredibly simple, and it’s led to a paradigm shift in the way games are talked about, especially after they’re released.

  ### 4. It was a nice meeting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh J. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

It is an online platform for live streams
Its users can either broadcast a live stream or watch other streamers . The streamers usually give gameplay commentry, while the viewers connect in a chat on the sidebar.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

Twich doesnot allow content that glorifies, promotes, or encourage self-harm. Also prohibited activitiy that may endanfer life, leads to physical ham, or encourage other to engage in physically harmful behaviour

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know maximum

  ### 5. Great platfomr for streamer

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

Absolute and Only platform for gamers.Good work

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

Not that much famous in region like Asia

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cover Asia region

  ### 6. A great service if you already have an audience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randy M. | Head of Community Management, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

I love the amount of features Twitch gives to their users to interact with their audience. Among all the different streaming platforms out there, hands down Twitch has the best chat system and some of the best integrations you can use to overlay on top of the stream. If something is missing, you can jump into the API and code it yourself.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

As a small streamer, I find it a bit hard to gain an audience on Twitch. Most of the time, I feel I am overshadowed by larger streamers who seem always to be streaming with the most massive audiences. However, in recent months, Twitch has taken steps to fix some of these issues, I hope they can help smaller streamers more in the future moving forward.

**Recommendations to others considering Twitch:**

Multistreaming to twitch can be a great way to grow, but don't only rely on Twitch to promote you.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitch is allowing me to stream to my friends, family, and some other fans who I wouldn't otherwise have the chance to talk with on a regular basis. By being in the community for so long, they also have the most amount of moderations bots and utilities to keep my streams safe and friendly.

  ### 7. Great Integration!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

I love how nicely Twitch integrates with DonorDrive.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

I have no complaints at the moment, though I have only used it on a base level.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to make our fundraising practices more easily.

  ### 8. Great streaming service with only a few minor flaws

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin E. | Java Developer, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

Twitch is extremely simple to use. Using any popular streaming software, such as OBS, you can quickly begin streaming games, apps, artwork, vlogs, and more! Community integration brings it to a whole new level. Engage with your viewers via chatbots and games, official addons, shoutouts, etc. The popularity of the service ensures you'll have viewers as long as your content is entertaining.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

Twitch's moderation does leave a bit to be desired, unfortunately. Twitch has a tendency to bring the ban-hammer against content creators for accidental breaches of TOS, such as a wardrobe malfunction, yet allows (and even promotes) scantily-clad streamers vlogging from their hot-tubs. I'm personally in favor of allowing just about anything; it's the principle of the hypocritical approach that deters me.

**Recommendations to others considering Twitch:**

While there are several streaming platforms available to choose from, Twitch is the choice for popularity. Using Twitch will increase your chances of engaging a more significant number of viewers.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitch has allowed me to connect with a community of like-minded individuals that enjoy the content that I create. It allows me to promote my work and offers ways to monetize that effort to help make it all worthwhile.

  ### 9. Be Happy with Twitch !

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

•	When joining the broadcast, time is passing fast. It can be a dependency. According to twitch adjust a social life.sit at the computer is terrible always. It is hard to comply within Daily life sometimes. When a person is at home, can not get some fresh air.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

•	People can earn money from online social platforms. Actually, in terms of pandemic person has to stay at home and they need some attractiveness. Someone you do not know talk for hours can be a different experience. People learn different ideas and listen to talking and have a talk each other.

  ### 10. Good platform but limited

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas B. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

I like the fact that I can watch people play and I find it nice to be able to talk to them at the same time, it's really nice and relaxing after a good day of work

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

I think Twitch limits streamers too much by banning them if they say words Twitch doesn't want, they should change that so streamers have more freedom.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The streamers on Twitch relax me every day

  ### 11. The most popular streaming platform

The emotes are not very cute, and moderation is a bit difficult at times in busy streams.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used it to watch fans play a game from the official account to motivate streaming and engagement.

  ### 12. twitch is an awesome idea if you want stage time.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicko P. | a, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2021

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibraheem A. | New Teacher Coach, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

I love the ease of use of this platform. It makes things really easy for my students and they’re familiar since many of them are gamers with the controls.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

Because it is really centralized on gaming and not education as a user or an administrator it is difficult to manage things like classroom chats and see details view history in order to help students out individually during a meeting

**Recommendations to others considering Twitch:**

This is a great platform with a very low learning curve however keep in mind it is not 100% ready for educational-based streaming so you have to make some compromises in terms of student interaction and layout for responding to students

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am finding a fast reliable way to connect with my students. Also the user interface is easy for students who are having difficulty understanding technology especially from my special education students

  ### 14. Twitch is the best high quality live-streaming service out there.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

Twitch has a massive community, and a well organized system of finding the games you'd like to watch, or the channels you'd like to watch. There is a seemingly endless number of streams to join in on and enjoy.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

I do dislike how twitch promotes certain games and channels, usually takes up at least half of the screen and makes the website hard to navigate at times, and it really feels as though they are trying to direct traffic in a manipulative manner.

**Recommendations to others considering Twitch:**

Twitch is the best streaming platform at the moment, although other streaming services such as mixer are seriously picking up some steam, and of course youtube is always lurking in the distance as a live streaming service, the future is unknown. But at this moment twitch is certainly the place to be.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitch is a place to unwind and watch your favorite streamer play your favorite game, or watch a streamer you've never seen before play a game you've never heard of before. I use twitch as my after work, during meal entertainment.

  ### 15. Easy platform for video

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luz A. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

I like how Twitch is considered the best hub for gaming entertainment. The site's layout and ease of navigation really stand out. I like how Twitch is considered the best hub for gamer entertainment.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

Keep adults away Many noises, random voices, graphics, and colors. There is little or no barrier to entry Twitch doesn't really support new broadcasters, all the big things can only be obtained by high-audience channels

**Recommendations to others considering Twitch:**

You want to do video game STREAMING on Twitch. They seem to be going well. You need to create video game STREAMING on Twitch Connect with other clients.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very easy to network on Twitch, so being able to stream your games is a lot of fun. With bits, donations, etc., you can make a living on Twitch if you put in the time and effort. Not really.

  ### 16. A very good platform for game streaming

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Unai V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

For my taste, it is the best platform for streaming, it is very easy to use and fun. The best thing about it is the interaction it has with viewers, whether through donations or paid subscriptions. It requires almost no knowledge. It also has methods to help smaller streamers grow, which consists of passing viewers to another stream.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

It is quite difficult to make a living from it, and it is also very difficult to grow followers to a certain point. It may be challenging to use streaming applications like OBS at first since you can set up alerts to make your stream more professional, and it takes a bit of effort.
You need a fairly high-end PC and a good connection to be able to stream with good quality.

**Recommendations to others considering Twitch:**

It is highly recommended, whether you want to create content or watch it, you have to keep things in mind, such as if you want to create content it won't be easy to grow and generate income, but if you make an effort you will achieve it. It requires a strong connection and a fairly powerful PC to help you support the stream and the game in optimal quality.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have earned money, I have quite a lot of fun talking with the viewers, and it's a good way to pass the time.

  ### 17. User friendly way to stream and watch other's in game experiences

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2018

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

The layout of the site and ease of navigating really stands out.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

Once you log in, the first page you see after logging in could appear alittle busy.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning capabilities in interactive learning, by noticing what trends, it gives insight to how we can program better and teach our programming more interactively.

  ### 18. Future of Television? Probably not, but replacing Youtube.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Twitch?**

Being able to interact with viewers live, through voice (party) or text chat is an amazing feature that was lacking on Youtube. Many of the same features that youtube has, are also available on Twitch - with the added bonus of monetization/profit, something that is much more difficult to accomplish now on Youtube. Twitch is keen on providing content creators a clear and concise path to the ultimate goal, partnership.

**What do you dislike about Twitch?**

There is little to no barrier to entry.

**Recommendations to others considering Twitch:**

Recommendations vary depending on if you are planning on being a content creator or user. Either way, Twitch has amazing FAQ sections for both. I strongly recommend viewing them as a Content Creator, prior to jumping in.

**What problems is Twitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitch provides a medium that was unfulfilled in the past. It allows personalities to connect with fans on a much more intimate level, which results in more continued and loyal viewership, subscriptions, partnership etc. It is very easy to network on Twitch, as well.
