**What do you like best about Twirll?**

Twirll is a very functional and reliable software for a POS system, and it's great for the retail business. We mostly used it to test out the CRM platform and it seemed to work really well.

**What do you dislike about Twirll?**

We didn't really dislike anything about Twirll, except maybe that it's not the cheapest system out there. Still, even for the price, it did the job it was supposed to and was relatively easy to use!

**What problems is Twirll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to look into more of the CRM side of Twirll to see if it was a little easier to manage and more modern than our current CRM platform. It was definitely user-friendly, although the main purpose of the platform is more for POS than CRM.
