Deep customer insights and well-designed filters offer valuable analysis. The screen recordings have been particularly helpful, allowing me to better understand user behavior and also piece together information to spot spammers. Additionally, the screen recordings are marked with geography , duration etc. which is not identifiable information as per GDPR but provides enough to catch loose ends. TWIPLA adds a whole new level of analytics to my website. The heat maps and screen recording is next level. I now can understand more how my customers are interacting with my website and what areas do best and what areas could use improvement. Overall a solid app and the surveys and polls is an added bonus I didn't expect! I previously had been looking all over for an app for doing a survey and there wasn't anything very good.
