What do you like best about TWIPLA?

What do you dislike about TWIPLA?

I would love to see daily/monthly emails of recordings and statistics, or at least a notification when a recording has been made. The elements are hidden when viewing the recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TWIPLA:

I recommend having the site recordings setup when you first sign-up. It will allow you to understand how your users navigate your site and make improvements on your site for better UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TWIPLA solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about TWIPLA?

This analytics application analyzes user data and provides insights out of it. It is a good application to have nevertheless, it would act more of a support application. You can use this application with any other analytics app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TWIPLA?

This application is difficult to use and takes lots of time to restart. It also hungs very frequently and can be very irritating for the end user. Also, its not that user friendly and some of the terminologies can be very complex to understand and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TWIPLA:

I would highly recommend this application to my friends but as a backup to other applications. If your using any other high end tool and you want to simulate small amount of data and would like it to be presented to your manager, then you can go with Visitor Analytics tool. What problems is TWIPLA solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use visitor analytics in order to analyze the data received from visitors. I get the data in a well presented form which I can showcase to my manager, sutomers and stakeholders. They can understand this data easily without much fuss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TWIPLA?

The range of analytical data that this program provides is very versatile and helpful. Customer support is always only a click away and the layout of information is very robust and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TWIPLA?

Sometimes I had friends visit the site but their viewing history was not reflected in the data. I reached out to the company and they provided me with reasons why this might have happened but the reasons were very high level and described in a way that I couldn't understand (due to my lack of knowledge around search engine functionality and web design). The price is also a little high for me and will most likely be the reason I eventually stop using this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As wix currently does not have a built-in visitor analytics app for its sites this is an essential piece of software to keep track of what your visitors are doing on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The visitor Analytics app allows me to see which facets of my site are being heavily trafficked. By utilizing this information I have found that link placement on the homepage directly affects clicks. I really love the facility to understand to statistics!

The environment is clear, precise and friendly.

This tool is a major key for any website owner to find who all are visiting to their web site and what are their demographics, status, regional info, strenghs and many more... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every visitor data may not be accurate. Its diffuclut to find the people with wrong info. so this analytics will only give an indicative values. I assume roughly 80% of the data is accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
