Twine has a very responsive team who are always open to feature requests and give very personalized attention. As a global company with remote employees, Twine is great for keeping everyone "in the know" about what is happening at our different offices. My favorite feature is the Knowledge widget, it's great for housing documents and files in one place the categories are totally customizable, and you can add key search terms so people can search to find anything they need. You can only upload one document at a time which means it is a time consuming process.
