I don't like that I have to click several times to authorize certain sites. I feel that it should be a one click process. Currently, I have to click the Authy icon/app and then click the website that I would like to authenticate which generates a unique password that I then have to enter on the website. I don't like having to switch between screens to complete this process. It would be ideal to remove several of these steps and make it more of a fluid experience. There's not much wrong with this app, but if I had to say something bad about it it'd be that there's not as much security on the mobile app as I'd like in terms of the iOS 10 widget. Yeah, something that you don't even have to have enabled!

When my organization stepped up its security game, I had literally dozens of accounts that needed two-factor authentication. I used Google Authenticator at first, but had the misfortune of switching phones — and losing my authenticator setup — midway through that process.

After some investigation, Authy proved much safer: I can use multiple devices for authentication in emergencies, setup is just as simple, and locking out a device when i stop using it is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The actual UX for Authy's iPhone app leaves a lot to be desired. It relies heavily on provider icons (Google, GitHub, Slack, etc) but if you have many accounts with the same provider it takes careful reading and flipping through accounts to find the right one.
