What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

We've been transitioning to SendGrid over the past several months, and it has been everything we hoped it would be and more. The ability to manage unsubscriptions from campaigns is more effective than our previous vendor, and the management of users who forward campaigns to others and how this won't affect the initial user is a very pleasant aspect of our increased usage of eMarketing. What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

What problems is Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously experienced a lot of complaints from users who forwarded a campaign, and the individual they forwarded it to unsubscribed, which in turn unsubscribed the initial user. But SendGrid has fixed this. The introduction of Threads will save us a lot of time and effort, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
