What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

I like that there is a free version that allows you to send email campaigns to multiple contatcs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

I dislike that the editing portion is a little lacking. I wish there was more customization in terms of template and design of the campaign itself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can now easily upload contacts and send without a problem, unlike Mailchimp Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
