I've tried to sign up to use Twilio sendgrid for a new venture and have been completely unable to open an account, despite trying 2-3 times. This is extremely frustrating - I have been a customer for the last 7 years and wanted to continue using the product. Support has been completely unhelpful.

The customer support is not great, I still keep getting charged $250 per month for the email analysis report yet I can't access the reports, very frustrating. Moreover, they need to do a better job of laying out their pricing structure, I feel like it's very convoluted so your costs can skyrocket quickly if you don't pay close attention to emails sent and contacts added on a monthly basis. Or if you have problems with a list and need to delete it, it's not clear at all how to best do that without getting contacts double counted, etc..... SendGrid is pretty intuitive and easy to use. They have drag and drop options and you can create a decent template pretty quickly that you feel good about sending to others. It also doesn't feel as cookie cutter as something like MailChimp which is nice.
