We just need to import our email list and if we want to send mails by name to each individual that's also possible here, just need to upload excel with names and emails for each person and we are done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes mails take a longer time to deliver, so if you want to send a specific mail for special offers and all, that's a bit difficult task here, because the offer or special day may be ended till your mail delivery Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Twillio is useful for SMS and Email marketing. Prices for the basic package are very reliable. anyone can purchase it and Easily implement it. The speed of SMS receiving is really fast.It's engagement with real-time customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It requires some technical knowledge for sure. but A person who is email or SMS marketing must be the technical person so, it will not a big issue. also, it is not working for some countries like Saudi Arabia because they will not give permission for SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

It has drag and drop feature for the email composition. I liked the UI of this tool which lacks many tool that I used. I used this tool for our company's email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns?

I found that the email deliveries are a little low as compared to other tools. Sometimes I found our emails in the spam box. An inbuilt spam checker might help better for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's kinda mailchimp and can help I'm sending email to bulk list.

While I had thanksgiving wishes to send to ky client, I used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports aren't that effective.

Customer service is non-existant: basic emails are sent back with links to cruddy tuorials. no demo is possible- only when finally setting up a call with a representative they did not show up: 3 times!!!
