I use Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns for all our business emails and marketing efforts. I love its rock-solid email deliverability, which ensures our company's newsletters, updates, and transactional emails don't end up in spam, thanks to its handling of domain authentication and sender reputation. Its all-in-one, organized platform lets me build custom templates, manage subscribers, segment audiences, and launch campaigns from a single dashboard without needing multiple tools. The campaign analytics are clear and easy to understand, giving me the data I need to improve future email engagement. I'm not a tech expert, but I find the editor and scheduling features user-friendly and efficient for setting up custom layouts and automated sequences, which greatly reduce our workload. The pricing model becomes noticeably expensive as our email volume and subscriber list grow. The entry-level plan works perfectly for low sending limits, but once we scale up our newsletters and regular campaign sends, the cost jumps quite sharply. There aren’t many gradual, mid-tier pricing options tailored for small businesses, so we end up either limiting our campaign frequency or paying significantly more just to maintain our normal email activity. Another pain point is the email campaign builder. It’s functional for basic templates, but it lacks the intuitive visual flexibility we see in other dedicated email marketing tools. Customizing layout structures, fine-tuning mobile responsiveness, or adjusting small design details often requires extra workarounds. The pre-built template library is also fairly basic; there aren’t enough polished, industry-ready layouts for seasonal promotions, company newsletters, or client outreach, so I end up spending extra time designing templates from scratch instead of using ready-made ones.
