What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

I started out with the "playing around" feature but was sold quickly on the ease of use, and in one hour had my products live and ready to rent! Very intuitive and worth the inexpensive rate for the great add ins too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple

Free to start using, no rush to finish testing in a month or smth

No possiblity to see what products are available for your dates

Can't test manual order creation before signing to paid plan

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

It's designed in a way that I don't have to be a pro to start!

There are a lot of variations as optional item to be added, the flexibility is very good for a start up with a minimal budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

the basic doesnt come with the ability to customize the outlook of the website like button text etc, i believe this kind of minimal customization is important to most of your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highly customizable rental periods (day, month, purchase, subscription, hire etc)

No intergration with Shopify yet which meant we had to swap away from Shopify completely

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

Rentle is very active and is very good at listening to its customers which results in them adding and improving features constantly.

I've myself had a number of questions, concerns, and suggestions that the support team took very seriously and I've even had online meetings with members of the staff to elaborate on my ideas.

Integrating the software with my simple, static HTML page was relatively easy and any questions I had the support helped me with ASAP.

The user experience for my customers is mostly very smooth and it's been improving continuously with new and improved functionality. The admin interface is also getting new features that improve functionality and allows me to do more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

At times it's hard to keep up with all the new features and changes to existing functionality. The changes mostly impact me as an admin - and I can manage to work around those - but changes for my customers result in unnecessary confusion.

The constant changes also result in a (in my opinion) messy interface that at times makes it hard to find a setting. There are multiple places to look for it and not always where you think it should be. It'd be preferable if the developers made sure that the user interface evolve alongside the actual functionality.
