And it supports my local language (Finnish), which is the most important feature to me and my business. A WordPress plugin is a big plus. Customer service responds fast to my questions and is always really helpful. Much appreciated! **What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?** At the moment I'm really happy with Rentle and there is not so much what I dislike in the service. I'm missing some features, which help my business, for example, an automated rental contract after booking the item and the possibility to add a small "booking fee" to the total cost for the rented item. **What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have fixed bugs that I did report fast and if they do not have a solution in place at the time, they always provide some alternative solution for you so you can continue your business and wait for them to solve the issue. ### 3. No visual per calendar of bookings directly on the platform. No integration with third-party software like QuickBooks. The UI integrates neatly into most branding being quite simple, which means you won't spend a lot of time making it look good and so can focus on your business. **What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?** I would like to see more fleet management filters, the ability for example to schedule downtime for inventory management (Like maintenance) rather than it being quite on/off.
