What do you dislike about TweetBinder by Audiense?

User interface is very confusing. A page to explain the pricing package and a page to input the criteria for search service then payment would have been more clear.

What do you like best about TweetBinder by Audiense?

It is a great tool to know the performance of the content published and helps you understand what type of content is working and getting momentum. It also has a cool feature where you can create a wall of all the tweets for your events displayed. It has great classification features which helps to portray the data and understand it easily. What do you dislike about TweetBinder by Audiense?

The only thing i disliked about it is the pricing and user interface as it have a lot of dashboards and customization rewire a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Won't show more data than the last 30 days. Being a marketer, analysing past trends is really important which cannot be done with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
