"Elevates Webinars with Seamless Engagement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Twebcast?

I like how Twebcast keeps everything in one place, from hosting to audience interaction. The interface feels simple yet powerful and helps me deliver sessions that feel professional and engaging every time. It removes the chaos of managing webinars by keeping streaming, engagement, registration, and analytics in one simple flow. I also appreciate the smooth setup with a clean dashboard and guided steps, allowing our team to get the first webinar running quickly without needing much technical help or long training sessions. What do you dislike about Twebcast?

Some advanced features feel hidden at first, and the customization options could be deeper. I would also like more flexible branding and clearer analytics to understand audience behavior faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Interactive and Customizable, But Setup Can Be Complex for Beginners"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Twebcast?

What I like best about Twebcast is how it makes virtual events feel interactive and personalized. You can customize the layout, branding, and flow to suit any type of event—from corporate meetings to product launches. The platform supports live polls, Q&A, breakout sessions, and even gamification, which keeps participants engaged. It’s also technically reliable and scalable, which is great for large audiences. Overall, it turns passive viewing into active participation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twebcast?

What I dislike about Twebcast is that it can feel a bit complex to set up for first-time users. The customization options are powerful, but they also mean a steeper learning curve. Also, some advanced features may require technical support or training, which can slow things down if you're on a tight schedule. Lastly, depending on your plan, costs can add up if you're hosting frequent or large-scale events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Streaming, Needs Better Social Signals"
4/5
What do you like best about Twebcast?

I like using Twebcast for live streaming and virtual events because it helps handle a large audience smoothly and still allows real interaction through chats. I appreciate how it keeps attention on the speaker or content without the distraction overload you get on social media. I also enjoy it when Twebcast lowers social stress, focuses attention, and preserves a sense of togetherness. The initial setup was very easy and smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twebcast?

I think the social signal should be improved. It's important because social signals make a webcast feel human instead of mechanical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Webinars with Reliable Streaming and Handy Auto-Recording"
4/5
What do you like best about Twebcast?

What I like best about Twebcast is how user-friendly the interface is. I'm not super tech-savvy, but I was able to set up and run a webinar without too much hassle. The streaming quality has been pretty reliable in my experience - I haven't had major issues with lag or connection drops during live events. I also appreciate that it has decent interactive features like chat and Q&A, which help keep the audience engaged. The ability to record sessions automatically is a nice touch too, since I can share them with people who couldn't attend live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twebcast?

The analytics are pretty basic - I wish I could get more detailed insights about viewer engagement and drop-off rates. Also, the customization options are limited, so it's hard to fully brand the webinar pages to match my company's look. Customer support can be slow to respond too, which was stressful when I had a pre-event question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great engagement, but needs better interface."
4/5
What do you like best about Twebcast?

What I like best about Twebcast is that it has many cool and useful features for online events. You can do polls, have live chats, have breakout rooms, and even network with others easily. It also has tools for moderators and video walls, which make it perfect for big events.

It’s also pretty simple to set up and start using. There are templates and training that help a lot, especially for companies. Another good thing is that it’s safe and can handle a large number of people at the same time without crashing.

I also like that you don’t have to install any app to join—you can just open it in your browser. The registration process is easy and can be customized too. Lastly, their customer support is really quick and helpful whenever you need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twebcast?

What I don’t like about Twebcast is that it can be a little confusing at first. The interface isn’t very simple, so setting up big or complex events takes some time to learn. Sometimes the platform also lags or glitches, like video calls dropping or pages taking time to load.

The mobile version could be better too—people have faced problems like not being able to tick checkboxes or the app crashing during sessions. Updates also take a while to fix small bugs. And lastly, sending invites or connecting with other apps isn’t very smooth yet, which makes it a bit harder to manage events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient and efficient but with a high technical threshold"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Twebcast?

I like Twebcast's convenient registration and efficient data management. Convenient registration allows participants to enter quickly, greatly enhancing the experience. Efficient data management, whether exporting contacts or conducting streaming data analysis, provides key insights for event optimization and future planning, helping me easily grasp event situations and participant information. Additionally, it simplifies event registration and ticket management, saving effort, and enhances event appeal through interactive features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twebcast?

The technical requirements and costs for hosting high-quality events are relatively high, requiring professional audio and video equipment and technical personnel, which increases the burden on users with limited budgets or small events. Audio and video setups are not very user-friendly for non-professionals, lacking detailed instructions, which increases the time spent figuring things out. The process of connecting external live streaming equipment is complex, adding to the difficulty of setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
