## Twebcast Reviews
 ### 1. Efficient Event Management with Reliable Live Streaming

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth H. | Finance & Inventory Operations Coordinator, Machinery, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Twebcast?**

I appreciate Twebcast's high-quality live-streaming and scalability. It's crucial for reliable delivery during business or corporate events, handling large audiences without buffering or dropped connections, which reflects positively on my brand. I also find the user-friendly interface makes setup so easy.

**What do you dislike about Twebcast?**

I have some device compatibility issues with Twebcast. It's mostly compatible with certain types of casting devices, like Chromecast, which can be inconvenient for users with other devices. This limitation reduces the ways some users can access and utilize the platform. Also, different operating systems support audio-video codecs differently. For example, some older Android systems might not work well with new codecs. It would be great to have a method that adapts based on the device's performance, opening all functions for high-end devices, adjusting features for mid-range ones, and ensuring basic functionality for low-end devices.

**What problems is Twebcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Twebcast streamlines event management, enhances participant interaction, and delivers high-quality live streaming for large audiences. Its reliable delivery keeps my brand professional during events.

 ### 2. Unified Streaming Platform for Global Enterprise Events

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Finley H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Twebcast?**

I like Twebcast's unified enterprise-grade design that effectively handles global video and virtual event operations with uncompromising scalability, complete brand control, and seamless global localization. It doesn't require third-party tools or custom workarounds, unlike other platforms. I appreciate Twebcast being a centralized hub for business-critical video engagement, whether it's internal town halls or global product launches, without the need to rely on fragmented solutions. Additionally, I'm impressed by its suite of polished features designed for enterprise and global needs, like localization, security, interactivity at scale, and analytics, which work seamlessly without needing any external add-ons.

**What do you dislike about Twebcast?**

I find Twebcast's lack of native in-person event management a limitation, like not having on-site check-in or physical venue mapping. Virtual Q&A/polls not syncing with in-person inputs is frustrating, needing tools like Slido for in-person interactions. Also, no native live stream integration with on-site AV equipment can be a hassle, requiring custom third-party AV middleware. For global hybrid events, this means piecing together multiple tools without a central data sync, leading to wasted hours on manual tool coordination and data reconciliation.

**What problems is Twebcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twebcast solves scaling issues of consumer tools like Zoom, supporting over 1,000 attendees globally without lag. It centralizes enterprise video, offering seamless global localization and full brand control, eliminating the need for multiple tools or workarounds.

 ### 3. Streamlined Event Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Twebcast?**

I really like how Twebcast has addressed the biggest drawback of virtual events - the meaningless social interactions - with its simple contact management feature. Attendees can easily download vCard files and simply click one button to export all their social contacts as Excel files. Moreover, the platform has simplified the entire contact sharing process in its latest update. Twebcast does not require a dedicated technical team to operate. Its interface is very intuitive for non-technical event managers, and core operations such as setting up voting, starting live broadcasts, or managing registration processes have also been simplified. At the same time, it offers professional streaming media management, flexible real-time encoding options, and dedicated support for high-quality events.

**What do you dislike about Twebcast?**

Twebcast’s scalability and network adaptability need work. It’s overpriced for small events, and clunky for managing 5+ multi-track sessions with a confusing dashboard and attendee switching delays. Also, there's no low-bandwidth or offline mode, so poor connectivity causes disconnections and no cached pre-event materials.

**What problems is Twebcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twebcast integrates registration, streaming, and participation in one platform, solving isolation and low participation in virtual events. It eliminates manual data syncing and vendor coordination while offering intuitive management for non-tech users, simplifying tasks like voting and streaming setup.

 ### 4. Smooth Streaming, Needs Better Social Signals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josp D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Twebcast?**

I like using Twebcast for live streaming and virtual events because it helps handle a large audience smoothly and still allows real interaction through chats. I appreciate how it keeps attention on the speaker or content without the distraction overload you get on social media. I also enjoy it when Twebcast lowers social stress, focuses attention, and preserves a sense of togetherness. The initial setup was very easy and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Twebcast?**

I think the social signal should be improved. It's important because social signals make a webcast feel human instead of mechanical.

**What problems is Twebcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Twebcast for live streaming and virtual events, handling large audiences smoothly while allowing real interaction through chats. It keeps attention on the speaker without distractions and lowers social stress, focusing attention and preserving togetherness.

 ### 5. User-Friendly Webinars with Reliable Streaming and Handy Auto-Recording

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Twebcast?**

What I like best about Twebcast is how user-friendly the interface is. I'm not super tech-savvy, but I was able to set up and run a webinar without too much hassle. The streaming quality has been pretty reliable in my experience - I haven't had major issues with lag or connection drops during live events. I also appreciate that it has decent interactive features like chat and Q&A, which help keep the audience engaged. The ability to record sessions automatically is a nice touch too, since I can share them with people who couldn't attend live.

**What do you dislike about Twebcast?**

The analytics are pretty basic - I wish I could get more detailed insights about viewer engagement and drop-off rates. Also, the customization options are limited, so it's hard to fully brand the webinar pages to match my company's look. Customer support can be slow to respond too, which was stressful when I had a pre-event question.

**What problems is Twebcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twebcast makes it easy to host virtual events without needing a big technical setup. It's helped me reach a wider audience since people can join from anywhere, and I don't have to worry about venue costs or travel. The automatic recording feature is great because I can repurpose the content later for people who missed it. Overall, it's saved me time and money while letting me connect with more customers and leads.

 ### 6. Great engagement, but needs better interface.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyam A. | Systems Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Twebcast?**

What I like best about Twebcast is that it has many cool and useful features for online events. You can do polls, have live chats, have breakout rooms, and even network with others easily. It also has tools for moderators and video walls, which make it perfect for big events.
It’s also pretty simple to set up and start using. There are templates and training that help a lot, especially for companies. Another good thing is that it’s safe and can handle a large number of people at the same time without crashing.
I also like that you don’t have to install any app to join—you can just open it in your browser. The registration process is easy and can be customized too. Lastly, their customer support is really quick and helpful whenever you need them.

**What do you dislike about Twebcast?**

What I don’t like about Twebcast is that it can be a little confusing at first. The interface isn’t very simple, so setting up big or complex events takes some time to learn. Sometimes the platform also lags or glitches, like video calls dropping or pages taking time to load.
The mobile version could be better too—people have faced problems like not being able to tick checkboxes or the app crashing during sessions. Updates also take a while to fix small bugs. And lastly, sending invites or connecting with other apps isn’t very smooth yet, which makes it a bit harder to manage events.

**What problems is Twebcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twebcast makes it easy to handle online and hybrid events by putting everything in one place. You can manage registrations, live streaming, polls, chats, Q&A, and breakout rooms without using different tools. It also lets you customize the event and check reports after it’s done. This saves time, reduces technical issues, and helps keep the event smooth and engaging for everyone.

 ### 8. Twebcast Great tool for Invite the audience to register for your event

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose Gabriel B. | Backend developer , Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Twebcast?**

Invite the audience to register for your event. In Twebcast you can choose from loads of ways to customize the registration to make it unique for your event, as they said on their website. This is an excellent tool because you can automate all processes in order to save time and control the activity of your event. This event could be any event, business, entertainment, organizational, etc.

Also this a web tool, so you don't has to install anything or have a platform in order to make your device compatible with it. You have to log in into the platform and enjoy the software. As you know, software as a service: is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is permitted on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted, and cloud software: is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage (cloud storage) and computing power, without direct active management by the user. The term is generally used to describe data centers available to many users over the Internet.Large clouds, predominant today, often have functions distributed over multiple locations from central servers. If the connection to the user is relatively close, it may be designated an edge server.

Both of them are the best.

**What do you dislike about Twebcast?**

The languages may be there is an improvement if the platform have more languages in the future. This will help a lot of users to make changes and use the application correctly, if you let only one language it will limits the amount of users that you can afford or the users can you have in your software, but in general is a great tool, great software as a service and great application.

**Recommendations to others considering Twebcast:**

If you are thinking of a tool based on the cloud, easy to install and use, that is software as a service, twebcast is the solution, because it offers you this convenience of being able to participate in events from the comfort of your home or office without the You need to move to the site, it is a bit like having a TV or a streaming channel that allows you to view content in real time so that you can save a lot of time and money when it comes to being a participant in events or having your own events , I recommend it a hundred percent. its excelent and the best best software ever if you need to host your meetings! please take it and contact the team right know, what are you waiting for my friend?

**What problems is Twebcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have participated in events where many people have been able to connect throughout the world and you enjoy these events live, whether they are fun, business or organizational, from the comfort of my home with an internet connection and a device capable of using a Updated browser, this allows me to stay comfortable and be able to attend endless events and meetings without the need to leave home, it is an excellent tool and software as a service and I recommend it.

 ### 11. The best way for us to activate our audience during presentations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Twebcast?**

In a digital world and a place where we have to find ways to interact with our audiences (especially during the pandemic), the Twebcast App helps to give audiences an interaction that keeps them interested in the topic presented within the presentation. For now, we also use this tool when presenting on Teams. Our colleagues interact with surveys and polls (this way we know anonymously whether the decision is exciting for our business).

**What do you dislike about Twebcast?**

Our business doesn't have many complaints about this tool. Everything we were looking for we found within this application. The only downside I could find is the QR code scanning. We would prefer a more instant way of connecting. Even if we don't have internet problems, we notice that multiple connections at the same time can prioritize some users to connect earlier than others. A more interesting way to handle this is let everyone cannot and then open the poll at the same time with 4 or 5 seconds time to answer and a live feed where the votes go to.

**Recommendations to others considering Twebcast:**

Looking for ways to speed up decision making with polls and to interact your listeners during a team's call or presentation? Give this tool a try and see if it fits your business.

**What problems is Twebcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problems where we want to interact our listeners during calls and presentations. This makes working from home slightly more exciting. We see this in the faces of our colleagues and when we present our products to customers. We know we will use this application for many more years to come.

I don't dislike anything about this product. It is an excellent product that comes with a very high level of quality. One thing I would say about the product, is that they should focus more on not dropping video calls.

**Recommendations to others considering Twebcast:**

This is an excellent product that I would recommend for any small business owner.
