I'd like to link to the show or website for the show from which a clip came from. Am I missing that, or is there a way to get there?

# Is there a way to double up on keywords?
One of my coworkers has a common name and we often get stories that pop up from other folks of that name. Is there a way to pair keywords together so we can filter out Kyle Charles mentions that aren't about the blood center?

# Are there any improvements that will be implemented soon? What is TVEyes doing to improve?
I feel like Meltwater has a dynamic interface that, while it is also difficult to refine to our needs as a small agency, there is so much help offered to help learn. With TVEyes it feels like the platform is very limited, I have probably been trained on all of it's functions but it is still difficult to navigate, refine my results and confusing.

# Is there a way to transfer or duplicate our media center to more than one login?
Right now, all the media for the lifetime of our account is stored under my login. Would be nice to have a backup or another way to access in case I leave the organization.
