"Tuskr: Simple, Clean Test Case Management That Keeps Teams Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

As a Product Manager, one of the biggest benefits I’ve seen from using Tuskr is the visibility it gives me across the entire testing process. Rather than constantly asking the QA team for status updates, I can quickly check test execution progress, review failed test cases, and gauge release readiness all in one place. The platform also keeps test cases well organized, so it’s easy to see what’s already been covered and where potential risks may still remain. Collaboration between product, development, and QA has become much smoother because everyone is working from the same source of information. I also appreciate how straightforward the interface is team members were able to adopt it quickly without needing extensive training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

In day to day use, there’s very little to complain about. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be adding a few more executive level reporting options that clearly summarize release health for stakeholders. The reports that are already available are helpful, but having additional high-level dashboards would make product reviews even more efficient and streamlined. "Tuskr Streamlines Test Management with an Intuitive UI and Strong Jira Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

Tuskr has made our test management process far more organized and collaborative. From a single platform, we can create test cases, group and manage them across releases, track test runs, and keep an eye on bug status. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even new team members can get up to speed quickly. Integrations with development tools like Jira, along with detailed reporting, have strengthened coordination between the development and QA teams and helped improve both the quality and the speed of our releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

The only drawback I’ve found with Tuskr is the price of its advanced plans, which can feel a bit steep for small startups or early-stage teams working with tight budgets. That said, the productivity gains from automated test management, smoother collaboration, clearer reporting, and fewer testing errors more than justify the investment. As teams expand and projects scale up, the platform’s business value becomes even more obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, Reliable Test Management That Boosts Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

As a Software Engineer, I find that Tuskr’s biggest strengths are its streamlined test management capabilities. It enables efficient handling of test cases, test runs, bug tracking, and test coverage all within a single platform. The clean, user-friendly interface also supports collaboration across the entire team, improving coordination between developers, QA engineers, and project managers. With custom workflows and detailed reporting, it’s easy to monitor testing progress in real time.

Performance has been consistently fast and stable, and the platform remains reliable even when working with large test suites across multiple projects. The onboarding process is straightforward, so new teams can get up and running quickly. The support team is professional and responsive as well. Overall, the ROI for the pricing feels strong: our testing process is more organized, manual effort has been reduced, and release quality has clearly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

It could be improved by making some of the advanced reporting and dashboard customization options more flexible. Adding more automation and deeper, more detailed analytics would provide extra value for users working in complex enterprise environments. That said, these are relatively minor enhancements and don’t meaningfully affect the platform’s core functionality or overall reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Fast Test Management with Practical AI and Smooth Automation Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

What makes Tuskr genuinely great to work with is the way it tackles one of the biggest headaches in quality assurance: tool bloat. A lot of test case management platforms still feel like clunky, rigid spreadsheets from decades ago, but Tuskr stands out with a clean, lightning-fast interface that actually stays out of an engineer’s way. Instead of treating AI as an expensive marketing gimmick, it builds practical AI assistance directly into the day-to-day workflow. You can drop in a raw product requirement, and the platform will break it down to generate boilerplate test cases—saving hours of manual typing—while also analyzing past execution data to proactively flag gaps in test coverage.

On top of that, Tuskr does a great job bridging manual testing with modern automated pipelines. Whether a team is running exploratory checks by hand or triggering automated regression scripts through frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, the results flow smoothly into a single, unified source of truth. That centralized dashboard, combined with strong native integrations for tools like Jira, GitHub, and Slack, removes a lot of painful context-switching. And when a test inevitably fails, creating a detailed bug report—with execution steps and attached screenshots—really can be done in a single click. Overall, it feels less like rigid enterprise software and more like a collaborative workspace built by people who understand the day-to-day friction of shipping clean code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

While Tuskr is excellent for mid-sized teams, it still has a few friction points that can frustrate power users. The biggest drawback is the steep learning curve when you’re configuring complex, nested test suites. If you’re trying to map out highly intricate, multi-layered software architectures, the interface can start to feel restrictive, especially compared with the deeper, multi-level folder customization you might be used to in legacy enterprise tools.

Another downside is the built-in reporting: it’s visually clean, but it can also feel a bit rigid. Teams that need highly customized, granular metrics or bespoke compliance reports for strict regulatory audits may find the out-of-the-box dashboards limiting. And while the automated pipeline integration works well with mainstream frameworks like Playwright and Cypress, setting up custom API webhooks for more obscure, proprietary in-house automation tools takes a fair amount of manual effort. Finally, because the platform leans heavily on its snappy, cloud-first interface, even minor network latency can disrupt your flow, and it makes you wish for a more robust offline caching mode when you’re bulk-editing hundreds of test steps at once. "Powerful WYSIWYG Test Case Management with Jira/GitHub Integrations and Built-In AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

It features a WYSIWYG editor support ls html tables, image pasting, and customer fields this makes it easy to define test cases and expected results. It natively support integrations like jira and github as well as ci/cd and automation framework this allow us to pull automated testing results directly into the platform. It includes inbuilt AI tool to auto generate test case scenarios and identifies gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

It's test suite structure only allows single level nesting which makes it difficult while handling massive and highly complex test environment. Also for some security reason it enforces strict session timeout when we work with two factor authentication like when we having to log back in it distrub the workflow. "Streamlined Test Management with Real-Time Release Readiness in Tuskr"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

Tuskr’s biggest strength is its streamlined test management. The platform brings test case management, test runs, test planning, and defect tracking together in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized. The interface is straightforward to use, and its integration with development tools like Jira helps improve coordination across development, QA, and release teams. I can track test progress and release readiness in real time, which makes the overall release process feel more controlled and transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

Tuskr’s feature set is quite extensive, so it can take new users some time to fully understand the more advanced capabilities, such as custom workflows, reporting, and automation options. That said, once teams become familiar with the platform, day-to-day work feels more organized and efficient. If the reporting tools and dashboard customization options are expanded in the future, the overall user experience could improve even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable Test Management Platform for Both Startups and Consulting Engagements"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

I first started using Tuskr in my startup, where we needed an easy-to-use yet capable test management solution. It helped us organize test cases, plan test executions, and collaborate effectively without a steep learning curve. The interface is intuitive, and the overall workflow is simple enough for small teams while still providing the features needed for structured QA.

What impressed me most is that it scaled well with our needs. Because of that positive experience, I've also recommended Tuskr to several of my consulting clients who were looking for a practical and affordable test management platform. The feedback has generally been positive, especially regarding its ease of adoption and value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

No product is perfect, and I think there's still room for improvement. I'd like to see more advanced analytics and reporting, additional integrations with popular development tools, and even greater workflow customization. These would make an already strong product even more compelling for larger teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tuskr helped us replace scattered spreadsheets and manual tracking with a centralized test management process. It improved collaboration, made test execution easier to track, and gave stakeholders better visibility into QA progress. For my consulting clients, it's also been a good option because it's easy to implement and doesn't require extensive training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, User-Friendly Testing Insights with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

I appreciate how Tuskr offers a clear and well-organized overview of testing activities. As a Business Analyst, this makes it easier for me to assess the quality and stability of a product before providing business recommendations. The interface is straightforward, user-friendly, and ensures that all testing data is thoroughly documented and easy to access. I also value its integration with tools like Jira, as this helps connect business, QA, and development teams more effectively. Tuskr provides me with dependable insights into project progress and testing results, which is essential for thorough analysis and accurate reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

One aspect I find lacking in Tuskr is that its reporting and analytics features could be more tailored to business needs. Although it provides basic test summaries, I would appreciate the addition of more visual dashboards or key performance indicators that highlight business performance, like tracking defect impact or test efficiency trends over time. While Tuskr is an excellent tool for small to medium-sized teams, I believe larger projects would gain from enhanced automation and more customizable reporting options. "Clean, Easy Test Case Management with Smooth Team Collaboration and Clear Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

What stood out to me after using Tuskr for a while is how easy it is to keep testing work organized without spending a lot of time figuring out the tool itself. Creating and managing test cases is straightforward, and I like that I can group them into suites, reuse them across different test runs, and quickly track what has passed or failed.

The reporting is also useful because it gives a clear picture of testing progress without having to build separate spreadsheets. I also found the Jira integration helpful since bugs and test execution stay connected, which saves a lot of back-and-forth between the QA and development teams. Another small thing I appreciate is that the interface feels clean, so even when there are a lot of test cases, it’s still easy to find what I’m looking for.

Overall, it helps keep the testing process structured while staying simple enough that new team members can get comfortable with it fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

There aren’t many major issues, but there are a few areas where I think Tuskr could improve. When a project grows and starts containing a large number of test cases, finding specific items can sometimes take a few extra clicks. I’d also like to see more flexibility in customizing dashboards and reports so different team members can focus on the metrics that matter most to them.

The integrations work well overall, but there have been a few occasions where updates between connected tools weren’t reflected immediately. It’s usually resolved quickly, so it hasn’t been a big problem, but smoother synchronization would make the experience even better. Aside from these minor points, the platform has been stable and reliable for our day-to-day testing work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tuskr Streamlined Our Testing with Intuitive Test Management and Clear Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

Tuskr has streamlined our testing process by giving us a centralized place to create, organize, and run test cases. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it’s easy for both new and experienced QA engineers to navigate and manage day to day testing activities. I especially appreciate the structured approach to test case management, along with execution tracking and reporting, which together provide clear visibility into overall testing progress. Its integrations with issue-tracking tools have also strengthened collaboration between QA and development teams, making it easier to report bugs and get them resolved efficiently. Overall, Tuskr has helped us keep our testing workflow more organized, consistent, and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

While Tuskr covers the essential test management features, some of the more advanced reporting and dashboard customization options could be expanded to offer deeper insights, especially for larger QA teams. The initial project configuration also takes a bit of planning to align with existing testing processes. That said, once everything is set up, the platform feels reliable, is easy to maintain, and provides a smooth overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
