tus5estrellas is a reputation management platform that combines NFC hardware with SaaS software to help customer-facing businesses generate, manage, and analyze online reviews. Customers leave reviews on Google by tapping an NFC device (card, plate, or stand), and each review is automatically linked to a specific employee and location. The platform includes modules for review generation (NFC-based), AI-powered automated responses, sentiment analysis, employee and location performance tracking, NPS surveys, competitor monitoring, local SEO positioning, and centralized management of multi-location accounts.
