TurnQueue is a digital queue management system for walk-in businesses. Customers scan a QR code at the counter, get a token number, and see their live queue position - all from their phone browser. No app download. No paper slips. No hardware. Business owners manage the queue from a simple dashboard - seeing how many customers are waiting, how many have been served today, and customer feedback in real time. Each customer sees a realistic wait time estimate based on their position in the queue. No guessing. No asking staff. Setup takes 60 seconds. Works on any phone, any device, anywhere in the world.
