Turnkey Dispatch is an AI voice assistant and call-answering platform for home service contractors. It answers inbound business calls 24/7 under the contractor’s business name, captures the caller’s contact information and service request, follows company-specific routing and emergency rules, and sends the owner or team a structured summary for follow-up. The platform is designed for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, locksmith, and related field-service businesses whose owners and technicians cannot always stop work to answer the phone. Businesses can use Turnkey Dispatch for missed-call coverage, after-hours coverage, overflow, or full-time call answering. Each account is configured around the company’s service area, business hours, services, intake questions, escalation rules, and preferred handoff process. Core capabilities include: AI call answering and structured caller intake Call summaries and full conversation transcripts A callback queue with one-tap return calling Team activity, handled-status tracking, and known-caller routing A companion iOS app for AI on/off control, push alerts, and call review Turnkey Dispatch focuses on home service call scenarios rather than generic office reception. The system can be configured around trade-specific terminology, emergency criteria, service-area rules, and existing-customer handling. It is intended for field teams that need every inbound request captured and organized even when the owner or office staff cannot answer immediately. Contractors do not need to build or maintain their own voice-agent workflows; Turnkey Dispatch is configured for the business and managed as a hosted service. Plans start at $299 per month. The first month is free, service is month-to-month, and there are no long-term contracts. An active Turnkey Dispatch business account is required to use the companion app.
