TurnKey Coach is an online coaching platform for strength and fitness coaches, personal trainers, and gym owners. It supports remote, hybrid, and in-person coaching from a single system, available on web, iOS, and Android. Coaches build strength and conditioning workouts in multiple formats, including RPE, RiR, AMRAP, and time- or distance-based sets, along with nutrition and lifestyle check-ins. Programs can be saved as reusable templates or assigned to groups. The platform automatically logs personal records for every exercise and set/rep combination and tracks metrics such as bodyweight, measurements, and fatigue. Clients follow their workouts and nutrition in one timeline, watch exercise demo videos, log sessions, and share training videos. Coaches review client activity from a single feed that shows pending reviews, missed sessions, and clients awaiting programming. They respond with written comments, voice memos that are automatically transcribed, or video feedback that records screen and camera together, with the option to draw on screen. TurnKey Coach also includes one-on-one chat and community channels, multi-coach team management with admin roles and client reassignment, subscription plans with automated billing and a public product page, custom branding in the client app, and integrations with Whoop, Fitbit, Cronometer, and MacrosFirst.
