TurniGate turns the records your school's existing turnstile already produces into a live picture of the day: who is inside right now, who has not arrived yet, and where everyone is if something happens. It works with the gate hardware the school already has and uses no fingerprints or face recognition. WHO CAN USE IT TurniGate is used by schools that have set it up. Parents sign in with the mobile phone number their child's school has on record and confirm it with a one-time code. Teachers, security staff, administrators, the school nurse and students sign in with the account their school gives them. One app serves every role, and a person with two roles, such as a teacher who is also a parent, switches between them. FOR PARENTS - Entry, exit, late arrival and absence notifications for your own children - Permission and early-leave requests: you ask, the school decides - Tell the school when someone else is picking your child up; identity is checked at the gate - Appointment requests for a meeting at school FOR TEACHERS - Attendance pre-filled from the gate records; you only correct the differences - Hall pass and permission approvals - Live presence for your own classes FOR SECURITY STAFF - Each pass as it happens, with the photo, the name and the gate decision - Who is inside the building right now, including visitors and contractors - Expected visitors and pickup checks at the gate FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION - Occupancy, absence, late arrivals, incidents and device health on one dashboard - People, cards, guardianship and classes - Gates, rules and reports IN AN EMERGENCY The moment an emergency is declared, the presence list is frozen. Staff mark people as safe, injured or missing, and drills follow the same flow.
