It helps resource management by showing our availability and helps us not overbook clients. **What do you dislike about TuriTop?** The back end could be better with the customizations taking a while to come through. This is to be expected with any software though because it takes a while for them to understand exactly what you want and then to customize it to your needs. **What problems is TuriTop solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it as our primary booking service. It is very easy and quick o adjust settings and update booking, making it much easier for us to book clients without double booking or misbooking. ### 2. We book clients visiting from all over the world and it seemed that no matter where they were coming from, it was easy for them to book with Turitop. The customer service is also very good too! **What do you dislike about TuriTop?** The free trial was not long enough for us to be able to tell if it was the best software for us. But luckily we decided to go with it anyway and it has been great so far. **What problems is TuriTop solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of our clients being able to book tours themselves instead of having to call in each time to book a new tour. It saves both of us a lot of time. ### 3. Right from the get go, booking new clients and selling my products was extremely simple and easy to implement on my website. The customer service was also extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about TuriTop?** There are some hidden fees that I did not know about when signing up, which was expected. Not all features are available unless you pay for them. **What problems is TuriTop solving and how is that benefiting you?** With my photography business taking off along with my other businesses, Turitop was an awesome organization tool that helped me stay on top of my sales and bookings. ### 4.
