Most of the platform has been very intuitive to use. Where we have had difficulties and confusion, the support from Viktoria and the rest of the team has been fast and impeccable in ensuring we find a solution. We can always rely on a great service! This also extends to the implemention process as we first learned how we could use the platform in the most effective way for us. The team helped up with every step along the way. As we expanded as company, this previous system became slow and inefficient. Turis allows for a lot more seamless and easy workflow both for us as a business and our wholesale customers to order. There is two main things that make Turis an awesome tool to work with: 1. It´s easy to use and has a lot of options when it comes to personalize the features to your liking. That makes it easy to integrate it into yout existing workflow. 2. The staff, especially Viktoria in the support team, is very supportive. I always get information about new implementations from her right away. Feedback meetings on a regular basis are very constructive and you have the feeling she really cares about your needs. Turis offers all standard B2B-functionalities and keeps innovating with further features. Integration was super easy - we were also able to implement automization to some workflows. Turis is a small, but great start-up-mentality team that is always eager to help and to further improve the tool. I worked with quite a lot of other tools and platforms and never experienced such a speed in innovation and design improvement. I really look forward every week to having a look to the tool as I always find something new and better. The service level is awesome - its just a pleasure to work with them. They are all very customer-oriented, very smart and nice people. Tasks are well prioritized and I always get updates on open To Dos. I can recommend Turis to 100%.
