Machine learning and the optical character recognition technique have to be a bit improved to cater to the current complex business needs. You can view the Automation Opportunity from Ideation to Implementation in a sigle flow which is the upside of Turbotic Delphi Operationg System. Recommendations to others considering Turbotic: I would strongly recommend Turbotic Delphi Operating System as it helps me to focus less on Manual Project tracking and Value tracking and focus more on Business critical task. What problems is Turbotic solving and how is that benefiting you? Moving away from Complex Excel files to update the Project status, which is prone to errors in terms of data quality of the Excel Tracker. Increase in Data Quality, removing the dependency of humans to prepare reports for Business reviews, availability of all the Project related information in the same app, Value tracking for multiple technologies are some of the benefits which I think of. Delphi is an orchestrator for AI and Automation solutions, and it works very well even though it was just released. A few minor UX-bugs, but nothing to be concerned about. Still waiting for the embedded AI recommendations that is supposed to come in the August 2021 release. Works great to connect with UiPath and Blueprism and once you are up and running you can measure performance and ROI in real time. Fairly customizable features but really like the pre-populated templates and questionnaires for Discoveries. Make the life much easier for the Business Analysts.
