## TurboTenant Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is TurboTenant free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, TurboTenant offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does TurboTenant cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, TurboTenant pricing in 2026 starts at $119.00 and can reach $149.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the TurboTenant's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is TurboTenant pricing best suited for?

TurboTenant's pricing is best suited for independent landlords and small-portfolio operators, a pattern strongly reflected across G2 reviews from Small Business segment users in Real Estate who praise the free tier for handling their full rental lifecycle without cost. TurboTenant's PRO and PREMIUM tiers appeal to landlords scaling beyond a handful of units who need expedited payouts, phone support, and waived ACH fees. Mid-Market reviewers in Real Estate and Information Services use TurboTenant for lease standardization and maintenance workflows across larger portfolios, though some G2 users at that scale flag limited API integrations and reporting as friction points. TurboTenant is primarily optimized for US-based residential landlords rather than international or enterprise operators.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of TurboTenant?

TurboTenant's free tier covers unlimited listings, tenant screening, online rent collection, maintenance requests, state-specific leases, expense tracking, and chat and email support, making it unusually capable at no cost. TurboTenant's PRO tier ($119/year) adds unlimited lease agreements, a Landlord Forms Pack, expedited rent payouts, custom screening questions, and phone support with faster response times. TurboTenant's PREMIUM tier ($149/year) further adds income verification, lower screening fees, unlimited e-signatures, waived ACH fees, and unlimited connected bank accounts. G2 reviewers note that free plan support can be slow, and one reviewer flags that some advanced features require upgrading, with pop-ups prompting paid conversions being a minor irritant.

Is TurboTenant considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider TurboTenant strong value, particularly given its permanently free tier. Multiple G2 users highlight that core features like rent collection, tenant screening, maintenance requests, and listing syndication cost nothing, which small-portfolio landlords repeatedly call a standout advantage. TurboTenant's PRO tier at $119/year and PREMIUM at $149/year draw positive sentiment for their low annual cost relative to competing platforms. Some G2 reviewers flag add-on costs for accounting as a pain point, and one reviewer notes the tax service feels overpriced for landlords under ten units. Overall, high ratings dominate the review set, signaling that most users feel TurboTenant's pricing delivers strong return relative to its feature depth.

"Affordable, User-Friendly, But Needs Account Flexibility"

5/5

What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I like that TurboTenant is pretty user-friendly, and its interface is great. It's pretty intuitive to figure out how to do the things I need to do. Plus, the price is very reasonable, which makes it affordable amidst all the other expenses of rental properties. That's very helpful. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

I actually have two TurboTenant accounts to keep my different properties separate. Sometimes when I log in, the cookies still have the information from the other account, which is a little irritating. I would like to have both properties on the same account, but I was told that they can't combine or move data from one account to the other. I'd have to start from scratch on one of the properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TurboTenant solving and how is that benefiting you?

TurboTenant solves tenant screening issues, facilitates online rent collection, and offers state-specific leases and other forms that I need for various management tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Tenant Screening, Needs Better Background Checks"

3/5

What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I like TurboTenant for its screening of potential tenants and other features. It helps weed out people who cannot afford to pay the rent or those who might not keep my apartment clean. It really helps in finding acceptable, qualified tenants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

I don't like that TurboTenant's process for checking people's background and references doesn't work as well as it could. The last tenant was a heavy alcoholic with bad character, which wasn't identified by TurboTenant. I'd like to see them improve by speaking with people who know the tenants, like relatives, friends, coworkers, past employers, and past landlords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TurboTenant solving and how is that benefiting you?

TurboTenant helps find qualified tenants by screening them and ensuring they meet my criteria, like being reliable and keeping the property clean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
