Regarding editing a tenant’s phone number, once a renter has logged into their account, landlords can’t change their contact information for security reasons. However, renters can update their own phone number anytime by logging into their renter portal and following the steps outlined in the help article linked below!

I use TurboTenant for managing my rental properties. I appreciate its electronic rent collection and applicant screening features. It's easy to use, which I really like. Although it's been a long time since I set it up, I remember it being easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Turbotenant combines everything I need as a landlord: lease signing, messaging, payments, renters insurance and more. It's convenient and the price is fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few minor bugs in the lease creation and a few issues with other parts of the website. The payment method doesn't work with all tenants. One of our tenant's bank account was not accepted or had a fee, so they pay through a different method. Also, the application fee is more expensive than some major competitors such as zillow.
