The interface is clean and uncomplicated. Other software I've tried has a steep learning curve, but not TurboTenant. The starting price for the paid subscription is on the lower end for property management software, with options to upgrade to premium add-ons (accounting, premium maintenance). The last tenant was a heavy alcoholic with bad character, which wasn't identified by TurboTenant.
