"TurboTenant Makes Payments, Maintenance Requests, and Tenant Listings Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

TurboTenat I log in almost everyday to check payments and requests, and it’s been really helpful for staying on top of notifications and communications.

The maintenance request feature is something I didn’t expect to rely on so much, but now it feels essential.

Tenants can submit issues directly there, and I am able to track everything in one place without depending on what’sApp messages or phone calls. The Integration with listing platforms also makes it easier to find tenants faster, since I don’t have to post manually everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

Getting started with turbo tenant was very easy and it made the onboarding process feel smooth and straightforward from the beginning . I honestly haven’t found anything to dislike about TurboTenant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consistent Workflows and Reliable Reporting in One Dashboard"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I like having consistent processes in place applications, screaning, lease signing, and rent tracking all follow the same workflow, which makes everything much easier to mange. The reports are detailed enough for me to make quick, level headed decisions about tenants, while still feeling confident that the data is accurate and reliable. It also helps that everything is accessible from a single dashboard, so I don’t have to keep switching between different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

Sometimes the system feels a solw, particualry when I’m trying to tweak workflows or change how listings are displayed. In mu day to day professional work, I’m used to continually improving and fine tuning the way things are set up, so the limited flexibility here can feel restrictive from time to time. "Straightforward Portal That Simplifies Rent, Leases, and Tenant Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

It makes the everyday tasks simple collecting rent, managing leases, and communicating with tenants all happen right in the portal. I rely on it almost exclusively at this point. The interface is very straightforward, which is a relief because property management can already get easy complicated. I also don’t feel like I have to keep checking things constantly, and that saves me some mental effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

The reporting could be better. It works, but it feels a basic especially if you want to track income over time or export more detailed data. I’d also appreciate more flexibility to tailor listings layouts layouts, and custom fields, and adjust how information is displayed. Overall that area could definitely use improvement. "All-in-One Dashboard That Simplifies Listings, Screening, and Rent Collection"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

Turbotenant integration with listing sites and tenant screening services is really helpful. What stands out most to me is how the platform pulls listings, tenant screening and rent collection into one straight forward dashboard. I can publish a listing across multiple rental platforms and then review applicants from the same place , which keeps everything organized and easy to manage.

And most nights , i just need to log in , see who paid , check messages and move on and the dashboard supports that workflow well . Online rent collection and maintenance tracking are built in too , so it covers most pf the day to day property management tasks without me needing additional software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

Its not a major issue , but it can slow things down a little during busy periods. I also wish support were a bit easier a reach sometimes, especially when i m short on time mostly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Platform That Makes Property Management Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

TurboTenant includes a lot of useful features, and I like that it keeps the essentials in one place. Applications, screening leases, and rent payments are all connected. I used to track everything in Excel rent, deposits, and lease details but now I can rental listings, review tenant applications, run background checks, send leases agreements agreements for e-signature, and collect rent payments all within the same platform. Having everything in one place makes property managemnt much simpler. Instead of jumping between services, I can manage most tasks from a single dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

Overall it work well, but I do think the integrations could be stronger. I’d really like to see more options for connecting with other platforms, especially when it comes to syncing listings or exporting fincial information. The current setup is helpful most of the time, but I still miss the flexibility to build things exactly the way I want. Having that level of control would make it much easier to keep everything orgainzed and consistent across the different tools I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Dashboard That Makes Property Management Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

TurboTenant offers a good mix of features that make property managemnt easier. It bings everything into one dashboard, especailly reports and listing syndication. I like the built in integrations for tenant screening, electronic lease signing, and online rent payments. The listing syndication features is also helpful because it lets you reach more renters without having to post in multiple sites manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

I really wish there were an easier way to add someone to an existing lease without having to retype the entire document. I’d also like a more flexibility when customizing a property listing. Aside from those two things, I haven’t run into any issues so far, and I’m genuinely happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TurboTenant Makes Rent Collection and Tenant Screening Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I mainly use TurboTenant to collect rent and screen tenants, and both features have worked really well for me. TurboTenant easy to navigate, and once everything is set up it fastest becomes a consistent part of my workflow. I also like the convenience of having rent payments, applications, and tenant information managed in one place through a single dashboard. Overall, its straightforward and convenient to use, and the price feels fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

Sometimes I end up using other for lease templates because the built on options don’t always give me the flexibility I’m looking for. Also, the last time I used it, I found the process for signing documenta and sending link emails a hard to navigate, though I did figure it out eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable Listings with Room for Design Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I like that TurboTenant offers affordable pricing for properties, which seems really cheap compared to Airbnb. It's great that the website shows multiple properties and provides transparency with details like brand, deposit, lease terms, and availability. I also find it very easy to use, as searching for properties is convenient and the experience adapts whether you are a landlord or a renter. The listing of properties is really comprehensive and offers transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

I really don't love the UX UI design because it feels simple and basic, and it doesn't give off a trustworthy vibe. I would like to see it more enhanced. Also, I would prefer if it could scale for other areas and regions, not just be focused on the United States. It would be nice if property managers could list properties on multiple platforms from TurboTenant, like publishing on other sites simultaneously like Airbnb or booking, etc. The sign up process were inconvenient at all! I really faced multiple issues with it. Even when using ‎Facebook Login, it gives me that this is not available for this app‎!

‎Facebook only allows login through trusted third-party apps. This app doesn’t meet our security requirements.‎ Therefore, I can't use it or access to their services as a renter! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Property Management with Room for Localization"
4/5
What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I like how TurboTenant centralizes every part of property management in one simple platform, saving me a huge amount of administrative time. I use it for tenant screening, lease generation, rent collection, maintenance requests, and document storage. Everything is organized and easy to access. I especially appreciate the automated reminders for rent payments, inspections, and lease renewals, which keep me on top of deadlines without manual follow-ups. The tenant screening feature is highly reliable, providing clear, compliant reports that help me choose trustworthy tenants efficiently. The initial setup was really straightforward and user-friendly, with an interface that's clean and intuitive, so I didn’t need any technical training to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

One area where TurboTenant falls short is its limited support for German rental laws and local housing regulations. Since I manage company properties in Hamburg, many lease clauses, legal requirements, and tenant protection rules specific to Germany are not fully addressed in its standard templates. I often need to manually edit documents to ensure compliance, which adds extra work. The platform could also improve its maintenance request workflow. Currently, it doesn’t integrate well with local contractors or service providers commonly used in the German oil and energy sector, making it harder to assign and track repairs efficiently. Stronger multilingual support — especially full German language functionality for contracts, notifications, and tenant interfaces — would make it far more practical for local users. Right now, many features rely on English, creating extra translation work. Better integration with German banking and payment systems would streamline rent collection and vendor payments, since local platforms are often used over international options. More flexible company housing-specific tools would help. For example, temporary employee housing contracts, automated check-in/check-out documentation, and bulk management for multiple small units would fit energy industry needs better than standard long-term rental setups.
