"Tracking Failed Transactions for BM-Application is visually appealing & accurate with Serverless360"
4/5
What do you like best about Turbo360?

Serverless360 gives excellent application insights which are visually represented by Green (Healthy), Amber (Warning) and Red (Error). It provides quick access features to manage our high-priority applications which are denoted under a separate section in our application structure. It also effectively allows us to toggle between Card View (Graphical representation of monitoring summary) and List View (Consolidated representation of monitoring summary). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turbo360?

It's helpful when it comes to managing our Service Principal while working with Access policies and authorization in Microsoft Azure Stack. Using Authentication tokens, we can effectively manage the resources and define all subscription details like Tenant ID, Client ID & Secret expiration date. It also includes extensive functionalities for application group management and application operations so I don't feel Serverless 360 has any downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I didn't use this much and preferred cloud monitoring tools due to type of our apps"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Turbo360?

Useful for when you have several complex applications using different infrastructures. You can group them to view the overall report. Once configured you can use it to generate alerts and monitor the health Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turbo360?

Nothing, I didn't use it much as I like AZ Monitoring tools (just a personal preference) and due to the type and number of applications which are single Tenant LA mostly and are not yet supported or partly supported within Serverless360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Serverless360 is the essential tool for Microsoft Services Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Turbo360?

Serverless360 identifies and shows integration issues easily without having to sift through countless line of logs trying to find the one problem. It makes it easy for administrators to identify the issue quickly, identify the actual problem, rectify the issue, then replay the record all within a few minutes. this has saved us time and energy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turbo360?

It can be slow to load at times and will only show 100 records at a time. if you had a bit of a hiccup and have over 100 records that need replaying, then this can be a bit cumbersome. however it is still quicker than using the inbuilt Microsoft tools which are awkward to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Serverless360 helps with ease of troubleshooting issue"
5/5
What do you like best about Turbo360?

I like the ability to see the physical representation of the entire application architecture. Seeing dependencies and their flows, while also suggesting a root cause, helps speed up troubleshooting certain scenarios a lot. With Serverless360 Service Map feature, it is easy to get a clear arrow towards the root cause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turbo360?

Initially, you might need to do some configuration to assemble your application architecture leveraging your resource in the team. Nervertheless, the team has a road map to automatically detect the architecture overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, all in one solution for Azure Serverless Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Turbo360?

It provides less operations overhead. Easy to manage. Notifies you of issues even when they are deep in Azure server side errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turbo360?

One thing that might need to improve is the automatic adoption of alert frequency on the same issue. As of now, you need to define the number of alerts that you would like to receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable tool to manage and monitor Azure Service Bus"
5/5
What do you like best about Turbo360?

There are a few things that I would like to state the best about this tool:

1)Composite Application feature logically groups all the siloed resources that participate in our business solution in one place. Composite Application Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of the current state of all resources that constitute business orchestrations.

2)Serverless360 facilitates retrieving messages in Peek Lock or Defer mode from the dead-letter queue. It provides complete visibility on the Service bus messages content. Also, it allows us to repair and resubmit active or dead lettered messages from Service Bus Queues and Topic Subscriptions with ease.

3)It offers an out-of-the-box monitoring solution that assists administrators to proactively monitor the performance, reliability and availability of the Azure Service Bus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turbo360?

I have been using the tool for nearly six months for our enterprise and have not found great issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turbo360?

It would be great if they could support other cloud platforms like AWS, Google cloud as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More than just monitoring tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Turbo360?

Serverless360 serves as more than just monitoring tool. The best part of the tool is the composite Application feature which allows to group physical components and assets into a logical solution. We can then monitor and manage serverless resources in a single pane transitioning a solution into a business as usual support process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turbo360?

There are really not too many dislikes we have found with the tool. One thing that might need to improve is the automatic adoption of alert frequency on the same issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
