Web Builder will not publish consistantly. Customer Service is useless as they only will say a team is assigned to resolve the issue. My website has not worked properly in almost half a year.

Constant software and tech issues and you can't use sight to make changes , can't update or change my billing plan, they say do to technical issues??? So forced to pay for a plan they placed on my account and billed me for. Can't change plan online and they won't change through a phone call!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My own website has been frozen for weeks due to Turbify "upgrade" I never asked for, yet customer service is unreachable/hangs up on you/talks in circles and I am being charged for services I can't even use. Extremely angry and unhappy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
