The product is great. We're able to process things so much faster and in an accurate manner. Our team loves it because they've transformed from data entry clerks to validating data. We've been able to see a reduction in errors and data is available much sooner. Before moving to Kofax we were processing 10k-15k invoices manually each month. The user interface could be improved. It accomplishes the tasks necessary but can seem a bit outdated at times. If the user interface was given a facelift and improved, I would give Kofax TA a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kofax Total Agility has complete intelligence automation from document intelligence, connected system, and process orchestration.

Their integrated platform and package as one web platform. This is unique to the KTA (Kofax Total Agility). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are not many resources available online in terms of Kofax Total Agility.

This would limit the possibility of extending the KTA functionality when we don't know the way on how to customise the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design interface is user-friendly. It has much-inbuilt functionality, which helps users to automate the process in a shorter period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kofax Totalagility seems to provide an end-to-end solution for making some key business processes efficient. An example of that would be the incoming invoices for a client where there are lots of unorganized data, which Kofax helps read and classify in an efficient manner. The Scanning form could be more user-friendly; the icons on the Scan Create New Job and Scan Forms are quite small, Kofax Capture had a relatively good, albeit dated UI, I'd suggest perhaps moving to something more in line with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
