Kofax Total Agility enabled my team and me to deliver automation solutions faster than before. The features available in Kofax Total Agility allow us to integrate technology into our Standard Operational Procedure seamlessly.

For example, we reduced the IT support ticket required significantly by integrating end-user requests with Kofax Total Agility by having it do the support automatically for the IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The issue that we faced when using Kofax Total Agility was more to fulfill our wants instead of needs. If Kofax Total Agility allows us to re-layout the user's graphical user interface, but if it can provide a typical nice-looking layout for end-users, it will be beneficial.
