So you can develop and deliver one system within all needful functionality from BPM till integration with other system in one suitable and fast system. This allows government to share documents between all it ministries and ministries branches in shot time, without cost and high secured depending on user privilages. 2. Achive paperless for one of County. This allow employees to retrieve to search and review resident profile in second. This save alot of time, cost and increase the employee and customer happiness. 3. Kofax Total Agility enabled my team and me to deliver automation solutions faster than before. The features available in Kofax Total Agility allow us to integrate technology into our Standard Operational Procedure seamlessly. For example, we reduced the IT support ticket required significantly by integrating end-user requests with Kofax Total Agility by having it do the support automatically for the IT team. If Kofax Total Agility allows us to re-layout the user's graphical user interface, but if it can provide a typical nice-looking layout for end-users, it will be beneficial. What problems is Tungsten TotalAgility solving and how is that benefiting you? We have so many menial tasks in IT Service/Support, causing so many resources deployed for support. By implementing the Kofax Total Agility, users only need to send an email to the Kofax Total Agility dedicated email, and the support will be handled by the system automatically. It improves the support turnaround time from an average of 15-30 minutes for each support into 1-2 minutes and allows our resources more time to do improvement tasks instead of support tasks.
