Tumbly is the all in one platform for laundromats and wash and fold operators. It brings smart lockers, pickup and delivery routing, in store POS, and business billing into one professional workspace, so operators run every part of their laundry business from a single login. Customers scan a QR code at any partner shop, sign in, and book a pickup or use a smart locker in minutes. No app install is required. Operators stage clean orders in lockers, notify customers automatically, and let them collect their laundry on their own schedule, day or night. Drivers get optimized routes, one tap status updates, and proof of pickup and delivery photos, while business customers like hotels, gyms, offices, and multifamily properties get recurring service and one consolidated invoice. Tumbly is built around smart lockers from day one and connects directly to Accessa locker hardware, with compartment level inventory, automatic assignment by size and location, and SMS notifications when orders are ready. Payments run through each operator’s own Stripe account, so every dollar lands directly in your bank. Tumbly never holds your funds and takes no marketplace cut.
