tuistui journey started with a question, How to resolve a conflict? In his role as a head of product line, our co-founder and his team were engaged in business development and underwriting. As these two functions were merged it culminated into a huge conflict issue. Some of the questions he was trying to find answers: How to resolve conflict between two roles? How to achieve consistency in underwriting results while meeting sales targets? How to get an assurance that the rate computed is appropriate?
