TUIO is a cloud-based tuition and school management platform used by over 100,000 administrators, educators, and parents at childcare centers, private schools, Montessori programs, preschools, K-12 schools, and extracurricular programs across North America. The platform automates the work that consumes school offices: invoicing and payment collection run on schedule, with families paying by pre-authorized bank debit or credit card through their own parent portal. Enrollment moves online with custom forms, waitlists, and self-serve registration. Attendance & class management, student information (SIS) forms, donation tracking, and automated tax receipts round out day-to-day operations, while GL account mapping and QuickBooks integration keep accounting clean without manual rekeying. I have not come across any downsides yet.

**What problems is TUIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem they've helped solve is low transaction costs on large tuition payments.

Our TUIO liason, Etan, is accurate, kind, and patient.  He works to give us the best customer experience!

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

Nothing so far, however, it can be almost too granular for our use, but some businesses likely need it.

**What problems is TUIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enrollment paperwork and accounting.
