TUIO is a cloud-based tuition and school management platform used by over 100,000 administrators, educators, and parents at childcare centers, private schools, Montessori programs, preschools, K-12 schools, and extracurricular programs across North America. The platform automates the work that consumes school offices: invoicing and payment collection run on schedule, with families paying by pre-authorized bank debit or credit card through their own parent portal. Enrollment moves online with custom forms, waitlists, and self-serve registration. Attendance & class management, student information (SIS) forms, donation tracking, and automated tax receipts round out day-to-day operations, while GL account mapping and QuickBooks integration keep accounting clean without manual rekeying. TUIO's support model is a genuine differentiator: unlimited, live, one-on-one support for staff and for parents at no extra charge — so your office doesn't become tech support for families. Most schools onboard in as little as 3 days. Pricing is transparent: TUIO Starter is free, with no monthly fees and no contracts. TUIO Professional is a flat $500 per year, per location — no per-student fees — adding attendance, SIS forms, GL exports, roles & permissions, and reduced transaction rates. Multi-year contracts can lock in your rate.
