What do you dislike about Tufin Orchestration Suite?
Can improve API functionality overall
1) Fairly okay overall but definitely needs improvement overall Vs the other products available in the market like Palo Alto XSOAR
2) Cost-wise okay at the beginning, but when the client demands add-ons/ more features/customization tailored to their needs, Tufin recommends RFE / custom costs/development costs
3) USP feature is fantastic to use overall Vs Firemon
4) Tufin ProServ needs to buckle up/Support compared to other competitors in the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering Tufin Orchestration Suite:
1) Please explore other products in the market like PALO ALTO XSOAR, FireMon etc.
2) If Tufin ProServ is selected, please ensure they do what they promised and take ownership of the tasks, planning, implementation
3) Tufin SecureChange needs to be more agnostic, easy to integrate with Service NOW
4) Tufin Support also needs to be a bit more improved/flexible/prompt to work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Tufin Orchestration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?
