TuFacturaPro (tufacturapro.com) is a web-based self-invoicing system for businesses in Mexico that sell with sales tickets and must issue CFDI 4.0 electronic invoices to customers who request one. It is developed and operated by TECSOLT, a software company based in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. The business loads its sales tickets manually or by uploading an Excel or CSV file, so it does not need to change or connect its point-of-sale system. Customers open the business's invoicing portal through its link or QR code and generate their own CFDI 4.0 invoice by entering the ticket number, date and amount. When a customer asks for an invoice at checkout, staff can issue it from the admin panel. If the business records the customer's phone number, the customer receives the e-ticket by WhatsApp with a link to the portal. It fits businesses that invoice one service or one consumption per ticket, such as restaurants, cafés, auto repair shops and car washes. Each invoice carries a single line item with the SAT product code, unit and taxes set by the business. Sign-up is free, with no credit card, by email or Google. To issue invoices, businesses buy CFDI stamps (timbres): packs start at MXN 79 for 10 stamps that do not expire, and monthly plans cost MXN 199, 299 and 489 with 30, 50 and 100 stamps.
