  ### 1. Great Concept, but falls short in so many areas

**What do you like best about Tudodesk?**

Cloud based system is excellent, the ability to move jobs through the process allows production to move through, pictures are fabulous

**What do you dislike about Tudodesk?**

All of the little issues that arise.  In my experience, the Reporting features fail work properly, Changing the customer name loses the entire order.  the search function is horrendous. Customer support is sporadic.   Fixing the bugs is not a priority, rather nonexistent, which why I keep writing these reviews.

**What problems is Tudodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They offer a product, and while I expected to bend to fit within the platform, when the platform fails to perform, I am simply out of luck
