They've attracted a high caliber of coaches in the community, which I find helpful. I like how easy it is to use their personality assessment tools with clients, especially how simple it is to send out links. The backend management is something I really like too. I use TTI Success Insights to help organizations work more effectively. It helps bring greater awareness and understanding among team members, improving collaboration and success. The assessments are valuable for conflict resolution and the hiring process. I specifically like the DISC and Driving Forces assessments, and I have also used the Emotional Intelligence reports. DISC is easy to understand and very accurate, and when combined with Driving Forces, it provides a broader and deeper picture.
