The server management interface provides all the usual tools in a simple to use interface which is easy for our staff to use. The application manager provides client side menus on desktop or popup to control client access to specific software based on users and groups. The remote printing from the server to the remote client has never caused any issues. We run TSPlus on AWS EC2 MS Server instances and they work well together. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** There are no problems at all with TSPlus software but the licencing portal could be easier to use **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** TSPlus allows us to manage MS Windows servers without having to be server experts. There are no calls about printing not working. ### 3. Works seamlessly. The price per license is quite a bit lower with a lot more features than the plain jane Microsoft RDP. TSplus works out of the box as Citrix alternative for web applications. This is another feature we use out of the long list of features. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** I wish the unlimited enterprise license will include any server in a server farm environment. This will make a lot more sense and justify the name of the license. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** RDP & web applications ### 5. The most significant advantage for us is that it possesses most of the features we used to have with Citrix, but for a fraction of the price as licenses are perpetual!! Really happy so far. The support team has been helpful as well during the trial. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** So far, it does the job very well. It's unfortunate that we had to spend that much on other services before discovering them, though. Perhaps TSplus should do a better job at advertising its software. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** No need to use RDS Cals. The software allows our remote team to access business applications from the web at a cost that clearly justifies not needing to invest in web-enablement of our own applications. ### 6. This software is very simple to use, and for a very good price ! Their support team was always able to help me to configure my environment, fast replies and several helpful documentations ! **What do you dislike about TSplus?** We faced some issues during the v14 upgrade, but the support team fixed them quickly. **Recommendations to others considering TSplus:** You can ask them for trial licenses and help if you are not sure about how to configure and use their software. I am used to have fast replies from them. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software does exactly what we were looking for: - Alternative to Citrix and not expensive - Assigning our ERP to our users - Allowing RDP and HTML5 connections for our users - Report printing So now I can do all of this with a single tool. ### 7. Clients can host their install in our cloud and access it via HTML5 browser or Remote Desktop client. The HTML5 client and Universal Printer makes is easy for our clients to acccess their install. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** Support is only available via their ticket system, and they're located in a different time zone so support replies can sometimes be slow. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hosted a Windows installed application via Remote Desktop is possible, but it's expensive and the client must use the Remote Desktop client to access it. With TSPlus, a client can use a web browser which is a radical improvement over the Remote Desktop client. ### 8. It is both easy to set up and powerful with lots of useful features. TSplus offers direct access to our servers from a "connection client" program or from any web browser using their Web Portal. Every user session is secured, Web Portal has automatic https certificate installation and renewal, applications are assigned to specific users or groups... I got my team working remotely in one afternoon! **What do you dislike about TSplus?** They do not offer phone support; however, they are very reactive by email, so this has not been an issue. We had one issue with some configuration due to our specific environment, and one of their developers spend twenty minutes of remote control investigating and found the culprit quickly. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accessing business applications from everywhere (workstations, laptops, even phones). Enabling remote work and work from home use cases. ### 9. Their documentation is very dense, and was really helpful when we first started using TSplus. New releases at least once a month including new features and fixes. They do take into consideration our features requests when we have some. The Support Team is amazing. Their response time is pretty good, and the level of support we received from them on many occasions, was GREAT. We can see that they care, we're not just another number in their database. Having such a good product and a dedicated team for such a low price in comparison with others, it is just amazing. I will keep recommending TSplus around me. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** I can't think of anything really. Our experience with this product has always been good. Our exchanges and requests made to the Support Team were taken care of really quickly . **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** . ### 10. They needed to access company resources from outside the office, and it had to be done quickly.
