The only downside of using it is that a total lay person may need the help of a tech person to install it correctly and understand the ramifications of the various settings. A a certain point yesterday we were unable to have more than one user logged in at the same time. Since the whole purpose of using their program is so that multiple users can work simultaenously it was critical for us to have them solve that problem...which they did. It has replaced my RDP server. No RDP license is needed, it is easy to set up, and the support team actively resolves any issues. The HTML5 client turns Windows applications into a web portal, so our users can access QuickBooks and legacy apps through it.
