TSF Booking is appointment booking software for salons, clinics and studios in the UK, made by The Scaling Firm in Brentwood, Essex. Clients book online in four steps on any phone and pay a deposit straight into the business's own Stripe account. TSF Booking takes nothing from bookings. Each treatment can carry its own deposit rule, a required patch test or consultation, and a cancellation policy the client sees before paying. Clients move or cancel from their confirmation email within the notice period. The team works from one diary with staff, rooms and equipment side by side, so nothing is double booked. Client records hold visits, payments, notes, consent and forms. The front desk takes payment at checkout, sells products and gift vouchers, and runs packages, memberships, loyalty points and group classes with waiting lists. Staff sign in on a shared salon tablet with their own PIN. Every plan includes a REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server, so an AI receptionist can check availability, hold a slot, send a deposit link, and move or cancel a caller's booking under the same rules as staff. Clients, services, gift voucher balances, packages and loyalty points import from a CSV, and old voucher codes keep working. Plans start at £79 a month including VAT. 7 days free. Cancel any time.
