I like it's user friendly platform. So far, I've been able to do most things with little to no help. If you don't like to do the things on your own this isn't for you. While it is user friendly sometimes it's easier for the customer support or IT support to do the task done instead of sending a link on instructions. Especially, when it's a new client. I'd appreciate an extensive onboarding training session. Also, finding a way to simply add the code to the website without using the TRYTN button to keep the branding of the website. Recommendations to others considering TRYTN: Currently it offers all the major standard capabilities clients are looking for, but market has gotten competitive, and creativity is needed to win market share. Does provide the ability to save time for the manager, as well as better exposure online without dealing with all the direct contracting with each OTA.
