TryMaba is an AI-powered sales assistant that automates customer interactions, sales processes, and appointment scheduling across messaging channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat. It handles inquiries, product recommendations, payments, and calendar coordination without human intervention, ensuring 24/7 customer support. The platform features specialized AI assistants for each sales stage: responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, retaining customers, and managing post-sale support. Setup is simple, requiring no coding—just connect business channels, load product data, and activate AI assistants. It tracks leads in real-time, recovers abandoned carts, and qualifies leads by detecting purchase signals. TryMaba integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Google Calendar, Outlook, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. Analytics dashboards monitor response times, conversion rates, and revenue, while workflows manage cart recovery, customer reactivation, and meeting reminders.
