Keeping tasks on track and on time used to be a headache for our project team but with Chaser doing all of the automated reminders, we no longer miss deadlines or task oversight! Simple to use: With a single line of text, their AI system automatically assigns the task, finds the due date and makes sure to remind the user before the deadline. Using Chaser is so visually intuitive that we don't even have to think about how to use it, the command to assign a task is as simple as sending a message to the person we are assigning the task to. The amzaing user support from the Chaser team and their ability to have things fixed and upgraded within minutes of us asking because they are a production team too, so they know what we want because they want those same features! Using Chaser within Slack itself means that we are always on top of our projects without having to leave Slack and add another app to our pipeline. Chaser integrates with Slack so naturally that it feels like it should have been part of the app from the beginning! Their Web interface for oversight of the entire Chaser ecosystem is great for project management and manager oversight of all of the tasks and projects on the go. Nothing! When ever our team finds something else we would like to add or improve, the Chaser team is right there to help and they often improve things before we even ask! Instead of a middle management team that contantly nags team members or long meetings having to review where each project is in the pipeline, Chaser automatically sends out task reminders, keeps projects on track and helps our management team see progress though the pipeline in real-time without having to spend hours tracking thengs down. I love how simple and easy to use Chaser is. It took absolutely no effort for us to install and integrate and even less effort for us to master and use daily. My team and I found Chaser extremely easy and intuitive to set up. We watched the 6-minute video and had a complete understanding of how to use and activate it. Chaser allowed us to streamline project management within Slack in a way that felt more intuitive to our communication preferences, which really helped since we used to lose track of tasks when switching between different tools. I think I would love the feature of being able to see what people assign to themselves. Our team has a huge number of actions and notes following client meetings which require follow-up, but aren't substantial enough to be fed into task management. Being able to set a quick chaser, any time, and know it will be followed up with a light-touch consistently within the timeframes set makes a huge difference. Everyone knows that good leaders are supposed to 'delegate'. But, in the fast paced environment of a startup, this can sometimes be hard. With Chaser, I found that I was no longer running into situations where 'it would have just been faster to do it myself' because I could delegate tasks to my team right within Slack and right within the relevant conversations.
