Simple to use: With a single line of text, their AI system automatically assigns the task, finds the due date and makes sure to remind the user before the deadline. Using Chaser is so visually intuitive that we don't even have to think about how to use it, the command to assign a task is as simple as sending a message to the person we are assigning the task to. The amzaing user support from the Chaser team and their ability to have things fixed and upgraded within minutes of us asking because they are a production team too, so they know what we want because they want those same features! Using Chaser within Slack itself means that we are always on top of our projects without having to leave Slack and add another app to our pipeline. Chaser integrates with Slack so naturally that it feels like it should have been part of the app from the beginning! Their Web interface for oversight of the entire Chaser ecosystem is great for project management and manager oversight of all of the tasks and projects on the go.
